9. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Smile Clear 3D LLC operates two separate text messaging programs. Consent to one is not required to receive the other, and consent to either program is never a condition of receiving dental services.
A. Transactional / Account Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the transactional consent box on our website contact form, you agree to receive appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and other account-related text messages necessary to coordinate your care.
B. Promotional / Marketing Messages
By separately checking the promotional consent box, you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages about our services, offers, and updates. This consent is optional and separate from the transactional program above.
Terms applicable to both programs:
- Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out: You can cancel text messages at any time by texting “STOP.” After you send “STOP,” we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will receive no further messages from that program until you opt in again.
- Help: For help, text “HELP” or contact us at info@smileclear3d.com or (305) 564-4599.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages, transactional or promotional, is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- This SMS program is available only to mobile numbers located within the United States.
10. Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach, Smile Clear 3D will notify affected individuals as required by the Florida Information Protection Act—typically within 30 days of confirmation.
